Automatically channel leads to nominated salespeople to manage and close



The new Opportunity Management functionality is all about optimising every qualified lead generated within the OpportunityX application.

EAMs (Enterprise Account Managers) can be invited onto the OpportunityX application and assigned to specific Campaign Links with the following attributes:


  • Lead Actioning – sole responsibility to follow up resultant leads with the required action such as qualify out, set as an opportunity, or reallocate
  • Action Alerts – response times will be measured, and alerts generated to ensure valuable leads are not wasted through poor channelling and/or inaction
  • Opportunity Creation – convert resultant leads into opportunities and set a forecasted value, company details, and related contacts
  • Opportunity Progression – create a private responder link to share with other decision-makers that will enable consensus building and ensure optimum solution positioning
