Distribution Account Manager

Location – Remote, France (French language regions) UK Contract

Job Description

Capametrix is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Distribution Account Manager to join our expanding team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence, primarily in France; progressing to additional French language regions.

You will be reporting directly into the Global CRO. CapametriX is a privately held and funded business which has been profitable for 10 years; as such we are able to make our own investment decisions. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and market share in France.
  2. Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with distributors and channel partners.
  3. Manage relationships with existing channel partners and distributors, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials and sales collateral tailored to the French market.
  5. Provide regular reporting and updates on sales progress, market trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  1. Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
  2. Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the technology or software industry.
  3. Strong understanding of the French market and its distribution channels.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  5. Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a remote environment.
  6. 5 years’ experience of working at a Tier 1 distributor in France
